Our own apartment was remodelled in June 2008 to a high specification and is continually updated and refreshed to maintain an excellent standard of decor. We utilise it as our own home from home for the comfort of our own young family, our relatives and close friends.  We also rent it out during certain weeks of the year to holiday makers who share our own values and appreciate comfort and and a little bit of luxury out of a self catering apartment.

We believe that “self catering” does not necessarily mean having to live with only the basics on holiday, but to be able to enjoy a few home comforts whilst being in total control of your own holiday. By supplying things like  a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a microwave, a 32inch LCD TV and DVD player (plays all the kids DVD's and Music CD's) and other electrical items all within the competitive rental price for use during your stay, we feel that we are adding to your ability to control your own holiday and enjoyment that much more.

We don’t view this as “cheating”, we look at it as offering added value, comfort and convenience. We want you to enjoy your holiday, come back for more and tell all of your friends! We also want to be able to enjoy these things ourselves without having to hire them or bring them with us in luggage each time.

In May 2008 my Wife , my Mum and I signed on the dotted line for our first overseas property. We are not a rental company. We have one apartment in Lanzarote because we love the island, the people and the culture and want to spend time there in a location that is central to all of our personal holiday requirements and close to friends. We also wanted somewhere safe to take our very young children(2 and 5 year old at the time of setting up the apartment)  on their first "Hot Climate"  holiday and allow other members of our family to do the same. We appreciate quality, convenience and safety for our growing family and wish to offer the same facility to other families to enjoy hard earned holiday time in a great location with the added value of a clean and luxurious base.

We all work hard at home to be able to have the time to  put a lot of effort into ensuring that our free time is spent wisely, is always with good friends, is always enjoyable and above all is memorable and worth every penny.

We do not have the time nor the patience to be disappointed, stand at reception desks to ask for a kettle at extra cost, to complain about simple things or rant about poor service. We expect to be treated like human beings at all times and be offered the service that we have paid for in full using our hard earned wages for the little holiday time that we get. We would also expect that you feel exactly the same?

Welcome to our home from home and we sincerely hope that you have an enjoyable and fun filled holiday. If you do, and I am sure that you will, then please recommend us to your family and friends. 

So OK, I  am a salesman by day, so here is the only sales pitch that you will see anywhere on this site, I truly promise for as long as I shall live! If you stay here for a week and enjoy it so much that you recommend a  friend or family member (or two....or three....yeah yeah yeah....now I'm getting excited!) then we will offer you a discounted stay for whichever date that you choose in the future, should you wish to return. Currently at 10% discount per referral. Records will be kept for years or as long as we own the apartment (which we purchased as a pension fund!) so even if it is 20 years from now and we still own the apartment then we will honour our promise.
